B Rose Kavitha a Ph.D. from Karnatak University, Dharwad, is presently associated with CMR Institute of Technology as Professor and Coordinator, Soft Skills. She is actively involved in conducting Management Development Programmes and in establishing a training institute to coordinate with all HR Heads. She has graduated in MBA specialized in HR and M.Sc. in (Industrial Psychology).
