Head, Department of Business Administration (Shift-II), M.O.P. Vaishnav College for Women (Autonomous), Chennai. She has over 14 years of teaching experience. She is currently pursuing her Ph. D in University of Madras. Her areas of interest include Human Resource Management, Marketing, Organizational Behaviour and Finance. She has presented many papers at National and International level seminars.
