Omer Siddig Mustafa Hamza

Omer Siddig Mustafa Hamza, born in Kassala in Sudan in 1981, is a researcher in geotechnical and highway engineering. He earned the B.Sc. degree in civil engineering from Omdurman Islamic University in 2005 and obtained his M.Sc. and PhD degrees in civil engineering from the University of Khartoum in 2014 and 2020 respectively. His research interests include subgrade improvement and the development of predictive models (nomographs) for expansive soil properties. He has authored multiple publications and currently part-timer lectures at Omdurman Islamic University, Blue Nile University and Al-Hikma College. In addition to academic contributions, he is serving as Riyadh Laboratory Manager at Gulf Engineering House for Material Testing in Saudi Arabia.
