Zoeb Husain

Zoeb Husain has a Bachelor�s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad and has a Ph.D. in Turbomachines from Leningrad Polytechnic Institute, Leningrad from former USSR. He started his academic career by working in Jawaharlal Nehru Polytechnic as lecturer in Mechanical Engineering Department and later worked as Head of the Department. He had two foreign assignments. He worked as Assoc. Professor in Mechanical Department in University of Tabriz, Iran and then as Assoc. Professor in Mechanical Department in Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) Penang, Malaysia. In India, he worked as Head and Principal of Muffakham Jah College of Engineering & Technology (affiliated to Osmania University) and as principal of Hi-Point College of Engineering (affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University), Hyderabad. He had good academic career spanning over 35 years of teaching experience. He has several research papers published in internationally accepted journals on Biomass and Bioengineering fields. He has also attended national and international conferences both in India and abroad. He has published books on Steam Turbine, Gasdynamics and Fluid Mechanics, and Hydraulic Machines.
