Environmental Studies book makes the people aware about the importance of environment, possible threats and the measures required for protecting it. It is in accordance with the syllabus laid down by U.G.C. for all undergraduate courses in different disciplines. The book is divided into eight Units out of which 7 have been written as per the syllabus and the last unit talks about recent advances in the environment conservation. The book will also help candidates preparing for various competitive exams since knowledge about environmental aspects is tested in many such examinations.
